Celebrating the Harvest Season
This day will build awareness of the natural world. Stories and activities will follow the seasons; share knowledge of plants, animals, and elements; and explore science, geography, and culture to create excitement and wonder with all that is provided by the Earth.
We’ll explore the woods, the lake, the creek, and the farm. Learn all about harvesting, foraging, and how to get ready for winter.
We’ll also focus on gratitude.
Children will plan harvest celebrations, learning how to make simple gifts, food, and decorations during our time together.
Older children will be encouraged to follow a weekly plan of activities that foster independence, organization, responsibility, and learning skills.

9:30 am - 3:30 pm
Children 3-12 years old
Activities are designed based on the group of children who gather. Includes support materials and activities for home.

Drop-off or Stay-and-Play
While the day focuses on a unique experience for your child, the program is designed as an experience for your family. You are welcome to drop off your child or attend all (or part) of the day.
